The Écoliere Infinity Curriculum is designed around global best practices, knowledge frameworks, and future-ready skills. It integrates interdisciplinary learning, research-based exploration, and cross-cultural perspectives to ensure every IBGS learner grows into a Happy Global Citizen
Our approach blends technology-enabled learning with experiential activities, making these experiences a natural part of a student’s daily school life. The academic content has been carefully developed by a team of educationists and instructional experts to ensure it meets international learning standards while remaining aligned with the NCF 2023 framework
EILA Educators
Our educators are passionate Guardian Educators who guide, nurture, and inspire every learner. Through a rigorous hiring and continuous training process, we ensure they stay aligned with global best practices and the Écoliere Infinity Learning Approach (EILA).
At EILA, teachers act as facilitators and mentors, encouraging active, experiential learning through engaging activities and interactive classrooms. Supported by modern tools such as smart boards, experiment kits, and comprehensive teaching resources, and strengthened by 360-degree assessments and professional development, our educators create a vibrant and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.
EILA Assessments
EILA adopts a comprehensive 360-degree approach to student assessment. A child’s academic progress, sports abilities, co-scholastic achievements, life skills, and overall personality development are continuously observed and nurtured throughout the year.
Our ERP-enabled learner analytics help track each student’s learning journey and provide insights to anticipate outcomes. Assessment is designed for learning, as learning, and of learning, with differentiated approaches to ensure inclusion and individual growth.
By consistently monitoring progress, interests, strengths, and areas for improvement, the system supports students in making informed academic and career choices as they advance through their school years.
EILA Parents
Parents are valued as key stakeholders in the learning journey. Through our ‘Parents Along with Child and Teachers’ (PACT) safety training and a range of interactive workshops, parents are guided to become effective EILA partners in their child’s development. Regular workshops, PTA initiatives, newsletters, and timely communication ensure that parents remain actively involved and connected, becoming an integral part of their child’s educational experience and growth.
EILA Enrichment
EILA believes in nurturing balanced, happy, and globally aware citizens, where enrichment plays a vital role in a child’s holistic growth, health, and well-being. Through thoughtfully designed experiences beyond the classroom, students develop confidence, creativity, curiosity, and social awareness.
Wits & Wisdom provides a platform for learners to explore knowledge through real-world experiences and inquiry-based learning. Field trips allow students to step beyond the classroom and experience the Brahmand—the world around them—through observation and exploration.
Students also participate in a wide range of enrichment programs such as dance, music, sports, adventure trips, field visits, student exchange initiatives, and community engagement activities, helping them build team spirit, cultural awareness, and life skills while enjoying a joyful and balanced learning journey.
EILA Literacy & Life skills
In the real world, students engage with many aspects of life beyond academics—such as the internet, relationships, family, finances, and the environment. The EILA approach recognizes these dimensions as equally important to a child’s development.
To prepare learners for the future, our curriculum integrates six essential literacies: Health & Safety, Financial, Media, Digital, Global, and Citizenship. Embedded within a multidisciplinary learning framework, these literacies ensure that students develop the knowledge, awareness, and 21st-century skills needed to navigate life with confidence and responsibility
EILA Infrastructure
Each of our schools is thoughtfully designed with state-of-the-art infrastructure to create a positive and engaging environment for learning both indoors and outdoors. The architectural design follows the Building as Learning Aid (BALA) philosophy, making the campus itself a part of the learning experience.
Our spaces are designed to ensure students feel safe, happy, and inspired. Dedicated zones such as the Playtime Pavilion and Leisure Lounge for young learners, Dreamland Bliss and Island of Knowledge for library exploration, and Happy Tunes and Rhythmic Motion studios for music and dance encourage creativity and expression. The Path of Happiness corridors promote joyful movement across the campus.
For experiential learning, students engage in the Discovery Lab for science, ICT Innovation labs for technology, and the Brahmaand Lab for STEM exploration. Along with activity areas, lounges, gardens, and open spaces, the campus fosters holistic development through academics, creativity, and play.
EILA Networking
A strong network connecting students, educators, and parents across the globe encourages the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and perspectives, enriching the overall learning experience. Platforms such as the Indo-British Olympiad provide students with opportunities to compete at a national level, while participation in MUNs, inter-school quizzes, and sports competitions helps them develop confidence, sportsmanship, and meaningful cross-cultural connections.
The Indo-British Times, our monthly newsletter, further provides IBGS learners a platform to share achievements, express ideas, and stay connected with the wider learning community.
