An Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer, he combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen. As former Business Head – K-12 Franchise Expansion for leading education companies, he excelled in scalable growth models. He founded Vaishvik Shodh Private Limited to help schools implement quality systems, recruit talent, and drive sustainable growth—shaping India’s future by nurturing young minds.
Mr. Vikas Koli
Mr. Vikas Koli is a seasoned civil engineer and real estate strategist with 28+ years of experience across infrastructure, urban planning, and key public-private projects. He has held esteemed government roles and is known for his visionary leadership, grassroots network, and expertise in land acquisition and strategic development. As an entrepreneur and certified business coach, he drives impactful ventures in real estate, hospitality, and education.
Ms. Swati Gir
Ms. Swati Gir is a dynamic education leader with over a decade of experience in building and scaling institutions, blending technical expertise with strategic leadership. As Director & COO of Indo-British Global Schools, she has led multiple projects with a focus on academic excellence, operational systems, and people-centric leadership. She also spearheads Vaishvik Shodh Mentor, driving school transformation through strategic mentorship and quality assurance.
Ms. Gunjan Pandya
Ms. Gunjan Pandya is an Instructional Designer and Academic Leader with 15+ years of expertise across EdTech, K12, higher education. She excels at building end-to-end learning ecosystems, teacher training, curriculum architecture, scalable content pipelines, and digital learning transformation. A lifelong learner and creator, she designs meaningful, learner-centric experiences—one lesson, one story, and one connection at a time.
Ms. Neha Mane
Ms. Neha Mane, with over 20 years of experience, has worked across CBSE, State Board, and ICSE curricula. Currently the Academics General Manager at Vaishvik Shodh Pvt. Ltd., she is committed to teacher development, quality education, and nurturing global citizens. As a master trainer, she strives to expand the institution’s reach and create a happy community of learners.
Ms. Shilpa Potnis
Ms. Shilpa Potnis is an Early Years Educator dedicated to blending contemporary global pedagogical practices with the Indian context to create meaningful and relevant learning experiences. Her work focuses on empowering educators and building strong partnerships with teachers, parents and children to make the teaching - learning journey a joyful, engaging and effective. Guided by a holistic approach to early childhood education, she believes in nurturing learning in the young minds. When children feeling understood, confident and happy, they naturally open up to explorations and learning.
