Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching & Learning (CIDTL) Programme

The course has three modules. Each module requires 150 hours of learning, normally over four to six months so that it can fit around a school term or semester, with a balance between:

Guided learning

e.g. workshops, seminars and tutorials

Individual study and collaborative learning

e.g. reading, research and discussion

School-based learning

e.g. applying new ideas and approaches in practice and reflecting on experience.

A participant can choose to complete first module and earn an International Certificate in Teaching and Learning. Completion of the next two modules enables the participant to earn the International Diploma in Teaching-Learning

The estimated time to complete first module ranges between four to six months and the next two modules require another eight to 12 months.

At Global Excellence Academy, the participants are provided a thorough orientation and preparation experience to equip them to immerse into the intense academic and pedagogical experiences
