Vaishvik Shodh Private Limited (VSPL) is an initiative by the education veteran’s with over 22 years of experience in K12 schooling.
VSPL has been Conceptualized in 2002 after the Education Veteran Mr. Shivgir Gir and Indian Model School Founder Prof. Amol Joshi envisioned the need of integrated and global education to every Indian.
Shiv, a reputed eduprenuer involved in establishing many K12 brands with over 150+ schools in India and the Co-founder of Mount Litera Zee School, Hinjawadi Pune. Amol is the Founder of IMS Group of Schools headquartered in Solapur and having 9 schools under the brand name IMS and IMIS across Solapur, Pune and Navi Mumbai. The Indian Model International School/s, Indian Model School/s are functional since 2002 under the able leadership of Prof. Amol Joshi. IMS and IMIS have more than 15000 students across all 9 branches.

VSPL has a network of 16+ IBGS across India and envisioned to establish 25+ schools by 2026. VSPL has established 6 Unicorn Global Preschool/s and 2 Indo-British World Preschool/s as feeder to the main stream schools.
